Cancellation Policy

Courses will be conducted as scheduled. In the event a participant for any reason is uanble to attend the Course, notification must be made in writing to the CSIA (Ontario) office prior to the first scheduled day of the Course

Refunds

An administration fee will be charged for any refund, cancellation or transfer except for medical reasons (Doctor's note required). The following charges may be made to the fee: 

• Within 2 weeks of the start of the course - 15%
• Within 3 days - 30%
• no-show on Course - 50%

A full refund will only be provided when course organisers cancel the Courses.
