Release and Waiver:
In consideration of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (Ontario) Inc. accepting this application, I Hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administers and assigns, release and forever discharge the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance, their respective servants, agents or employees from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of actions, arising out of or in consequence any loss, injury or damage to my person or property incurred while attending at or participating in any CSIA Professional Training Series Event notwithstanding any such loss, damage or injury may have arisen by reason of the negligence of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (Ontario) Inc. and or Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance, its servant, agents or employees. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing. I further release any and all recourses which may now or hereafter have resulting from any decision of the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance (Ontario) Inc. and/or the Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance.
